The health and well-being of our patients and communities remain our top priority. We are dedicated to providing a safe space for you and your family and will continue to monitor this developing situation closely and comply with recommendations and instructions from our local and state health departments.
If you have a COVID test pending you should not come in until the results are known. A positive test means you need to seek care elsewhere. Here is the list of CDC symptoms that can indicate COVID-19 (Dry cough, chills, sore throat, fever of 101 or above, headache, muscle pain or loss of smell).
Under the 14-day quarantine travel advisory announced by the Governors of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, individuals traveling to or returning from states with increasing rates of COVID-19 are advised to self-quarantine for 14 days. The current list of states, which will be updated regularly, can be found at NJ.Gov. This includes travel by train, bus, car, plane and any other method of transportation. If you have traveled to one of these states and have stayed longer than 24 hours, we kindly request you self-quarantine at home for 14 days prior to coming into the office.
We’ve implemented a COVID-19 specific protocol. This protocol includes instrument disinfection, rearranged waiting rooms to allow for greater social distancing, thorough surface cleaning and exam room sanitizing between patients. Patients will wait in their cars and complete check-in procedures using a cell phone to limit the number of people in our office. Our teams wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and we ask all patients and visitors (includes those accompanying patients) wear their own mask or face covering upon arrival to our office and through the duration of their visit. The masks or face covering’s must cover your mouth AND nose. Valved masks are not permitted.
Only the patient is allowed in the office. For children and adult patients who require a caretaker, one adult may accompany the patient.
The safety of our patients and communities we serve is our number one priority. Patients will be properly assessed for COVID-19 risks (via phone or in person) prior to being allowed into the office. Patients will have their temperatures measured.
